MEETING POINT
  • From the Airport : The driver will meet you at the 'Meeting Point' in the arrivals hall, in front of the Burger King (exact point shown below). He will have a sign with your name on it. The service includes 1 hour of waiting time. If you are held up collecting your luggage, please send one of your group to locate the driver, to notify your arrival.
  • If, under any circumstance, you leave the meeting point without following this procedure, you will be charged for the full cost of the transfer (no reimbursement will be granted).
  •  If the flight is cancelled or delayed, you should contact the local provider as soon as you have been notified.
 
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Luggage Allowance: Maximum 1 medium size suitcase and 1 one personal item (such as laptop, camera bag or small shoulder bag) per person. Carry-ons are considered as a suitcase rather than a piece of hand luggage.
  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours.
  • Our pick-up time is just a suggestion that can be accepted or amended. In all cases, the customer is sole responsible for requesting the service with sufficient advance time to reach its destination on time.
